Maybe I was thinking of Encounters.  I thought all the captians were on that one.

Legacy for the 360 & PC was the one with all the Captains.  Encounters only had Shat.

Pretty sure you are thinking of Legacy.  And like Joby said, that's for the 360 and the PC.

Legacy was okay, not great.  It has a cool story written by D.C. Fontana, who you probably know wrote some of the finest classic TOS episodes and ST novels.  The voice acting is fantastic, but the gameplay is mediocre and repetitive, and the visuals are poor for a next generation game.  It's probably available pretty cheap though, so I'd say any Trek fan who likes games should pick it up.
