Title: Hallmark Millenium Falcon
Post by: jedijeff on October 14, 2007, 06:06:59 PM
My Wife bought me this for my Birthday, it is really cool. The engine thrusters light up, and plays the Stars Wars Theme. I got the Enterprise Last Year, and now the Millenium Falcon, Hallmark is doing some really nice work. These things are so nice they can be displayed all year long.

I am a Hallmark whore.  I have every single Star Wars and Star Trek ornament that they have ever produced.  Hell, we put up a tree every year with nothing but those ornaments on it.

Belated happy birthday, Jeff!
The Falcon looks pretty sweet.  How big is it, and does it detach from the base?  Just wondering...

Thanks for the birthday greeting.

It does not detach from the base, but looks like there are two points where it is attached. It has some electronics in the ship for the lights on the engines, so I suspect it needs to stay attached to the base. (A Bit Different then last years Enterprise that had Contact points). The Ship and base look to be about 3 - 4 inches long and about 2 inches high. Small but really nicely finished.

Thats very cool.  Very well detailed.  Next time put a penny by it so I can get a sense of scale :)
