There is a search feature. Look just below the banner. Third click from left where it says Home Help Search etc.

That is up to the poster to put in the title of the thread. I have a sticky up about spoilers as well. But between Kenny and I we watch things pretty closely here. In case something slips in we will add them to the posting.
