Title: Another reason to play Halo 3

Other than the fact that many people consider the game a shoe-in for game of the year, some of you may find it cool that some of our favorite actors from Firefly are voicing some of the characters in the game.  Nathan Fillion, Alan Tudyk and Adam Baldwin all are doing vocals for some of the marines that accompany Master Chief on his missions.

Yes - my son Eric noticed that too.  Oh, he has beat the single player game already - twice!

Wow, that is awesome. Firefly is one of my favourite shows, I had no idea that they did voices in the game. HOW COOL!

I actually never watched Firefly. Guess I am missing something, but I don't want to watch a show that I know wont continue, but hey, who knows.

You can't think that way.. yes the series is only 13 episodes but you do get a 2 hour movie that ties up loose ends.. it's a complete story.. but after watching it you'll want more of that world.

The reason I don't play Halo 3 is because I refuse to play FPS games with a gamepad. Oblivion is OK because it's not really a "twitchy" game like Halo. Even then, it takes too long to do a 180 degree turn when I'm trying to open a door in order to escape from some bad guys. So I only enjoy twitchy FPS games on the PC with a mouse and keyboard.

I think I need to check out Firefly. Everyone says it's a really cool show.

I watched firefly because of the great reviews it got from people whose opinions I trust on this website, and I was hooked immediately.  I'm now going to go back and watch Buffy and Angel even though I always thought those shows were too "90210" for my taste.  I really liked the writing and characters in Firefly, so I have a feeling I might have those other two shows pegged wrong.
