Well, made it here safe and sound again. Long trip but a pretty good one. Nicer hotel than last trip. Look - I have a balcony. Just a quick message before I hit the sack. Been up about 30 hours or so right now). The sunset pic below is at the airport in Japan. I'll post more tomorrow.

Don't know how you do those long treks around the planet! I for one would not survive without a transporter. Glad your atoms made it in one piece. Have a successful away mission.

Glad you arrived. I dont envy you having to make those long trips. Hopefully your business goes well and you dont have to go back again. Looking forward to your pictures you take well there.

Thanks folks. This trip is to actual finalize the plans for them to build equipment to strip paint off wheels using my chemistry/chemical. So if this trip goes well (and it should) it will set into motion more business and most likely future visits for me. Even maybe one more trip before the end of the year.

It was kind of hard to sleep last night. Only got about 4-5 hours. But I just got a shower and I am about to head down to a nice Taiwanese breakfast. Feeling pretty hungry - which is a good sign. I'll keep you all posted. :)

A couple more pics. One is outside my 14th floor hotel room looking out over Douliou (pronounced "dough-leo"). The other is my lunch at the company for the first day. Not really sure about the "meat" - thinking it's pork.

P.S. Not sure if there is some kind of local holiday going on, but there were a lot of fireworks last night by the hotel. Some pretty big. :dstar
