Title: Anyone have trouble with getting to the website last night?
Post by: Rico on February 06, 2006, 08:12:55 AM
I got an email from my web host provider today saying I came close to exceeding the daily bandwidth yesterday for my website.  First time I have gotten that type of message since I started my Podcast.  I was curious if anyone was having any trouble last night (2/5/2006) either downloading the latest Podcast or accessing any part of www.treksf.com ?  Let me know if you did.    :superman

nope, no problems, but you should really switch to a better hosting provider. If you exeed the limit, then there will be no more podcast for a few weeks... ITS AWFUL!!

It's just a daily limit problem.  They have a 10 gig a day limit for transfers.  I don't think I quite hit that, but got close.  I get 300 gig per month and have been averaging only about a 100 for the month so that's ok.  It just gets a little more activity on the weekend when I release a new Podcast.
