Title: Sticky gif
Post by: Ktrek on June 24, 2007, 10:36:07 AM
Rico, are you aware that the gif file for the sticky post is not working? It displays a broken image sign instead. Here is the link:

Here is what it looks like to me:

Hmmm.....where do you see this?  Because I think you might have the wrong link.  I don't see any problems on my end.  This is what I see...

P.S.  Also, only admins or mod's can sticky posts here

Obviously we are not talking about the same gif. The one I an referring to is in the screen capture below and can be easily seen when you scroll down on the "show unread posts since last visit" screen.

Wow.  That's very weird.  But I think it's fixed now.  I don't usually view unread posts that way so maybe I never saw it.  Let me know if it looks ok now to you now.

It's fixed now! Thanks because that was bugging me. If you don't use the "show unread posts since last visit" feature of the board then how do you know what you have not read since the last time you logged on? It seems the only way I can find to assure I haven't missed any threads because if you only rely on the recent posts lists on the left side of the board it only shows the last six and often there are far more posts than that and manually looking in each section would waste a whole lot of time?

I'm obviously on the board a lot so I follow threads very closely.  Probably why I never needed to use that feature.  Glad it's working ok now.
