His real name is Arlie Daniel.  His students often quote from the princess bride in his class.

uhhhh...Wow, I must agree.

And I must say I always found the Ferengi to be the most repulsive Star Trek race of aliens EVER!!  No real idea why I could just never stand the Ferengi.
