Post by: Rico on March 31, 2007, 11:03:21 AM
I might have posted this link before.  But here is a link to a site that has a ton of cool game music soundtracks in .mp3 format you can download.

Check it out here:

Sweet!

I love Game soundtracks, ever since MW2 I have been adicted to them.

Whoa, how did I miss this?!  I need to download some of the classic Command & Conquer and C&C Red Alert songs:  "Just Do It Up," "Big Foot" and who can possibly forget "Hell March?"

Yep - some great stuff here.  Game music really is good at times and gets overlooked I think.

I actually have Mechwarrior 2 ripped to my iTunes library! Track 3 FTW. I love the violin thing.

Wow Rico this site is Outstanding.  :jawdrop  Not only did I find the songs I mentioned above, but I also found the Quake soundtrack and the WipeOut series soundtracks! I can't find my original WipeOut CD for the PC and I know I lost my WipeOut XL music CD. I'm so glad the mp3s are on this site. I'm kinda giddy right now.

Yes, you're right, a lot of video game music is really good. I think it's slowly being acknowledged as such.
