Well, here's my attempt. Too much of this is probably (poorly) based on me, as I am or as I would be, but eh. It'll be easier to be in character that way, right?

Habits: Interrupting people when they talk. Singing or humming to myself.
Quarters: Cluttered, yet with an underlying organization. Full of books (fantasy), and various collection. Always has music playing.
Likes: Fantasy/Fiction literature. Food. Music. Blondes, brunettes, redheads, and Twil'eks. (sorry, I had to get a Star Wars reference in here somewhere). Can waste hours in a holodeck playing out stories involving dragons, and/or close combat situations. Fascinated by the Borg and Romulans.
Dislikes: The unknown, faceless masses.
Ambitions and Goals: Most immediate goal - To man the Tactical station and fire the phasers and torpedoes in real combat. To hack/reprogram a Borg into my personal servant. To visit Romulus. Secretly harbors desire to be captain of a Starship.
Temperament: Even tempered, easily amused, yet with a dark sense of humor. Tends to show no emotions except happy and tired, except to closer friends. Likes people and makes friends easily, but only those he's met. Dislikes the unknown, faceless masses, and occasionally exhibits callous or cynical feelings towards.
Hobbies: Collects books, music, model ships and chess sets, and small bladed weapons. Enjoys art, seeing strange, new, alien planets. Is mildly proficient with small bladed weapons and close combat.

Mother: Yep. From a large family with somewhat questionable pasts/connections.
Father: Engineer, self-employed mechanic on small vehicles, personal shuttle craft and the like.
Siblings: 2 brothers, 1 sister, all married.
Character History
Didn't have much direction in life, until joining Starfleet. Previously began pursuing music, later switched to engineering where I preformed slightly above average, but not notably so. Decided to join Starfleet in the capacity of Engineer, because I thought it would be fun to play with the ship's phasers, would like to switch to Tactical to be able to fire the ship's phasers. Family is pretty religious, me, not so much.
