Wow, large topic. You could probably devote a tire podcast series to a topic like that.
Looking forward to seeing what you addressed.
So many good shows not discovered until the boxsets came out :)
Just competed the 'Lost' DVD sets.
The mysteries of the run-down DARMA Initiative sites echoed the early computer game MYST. Loved the 70's - 80's era tech!
File this one under sci-fi / action genre?
There are a ton of great genre universes out there to explore!
This was really cool.
I have a book called OF MICE AND MAGIC (Leonard Maltin) which covers a history of animated cartoons. Anyhow, it gives a little background to why Bakshi's LOTR was so...weird, basically & the state of undoing for animated movies at the time it came out, most of which was indirectly related to Bakshi. The style (rotoscoping & budgetary constraints) and also supposedly to be two films.
Looking forward to this one - loaded for the homeward commute today.
Fun cast!! You two are a good team. Been awol from forum but still listening faithfully. Thank you
Great job guys, thanks!
