The new podcast for this week is now up. I cover this third season TNG episode called, "The Price." Comment on two of the recent movies I have seen in theaters, talk Trek, Comic Con news, do a quick collectible review and much more. Enjoy the podcast everyone!

Great coverage of this episode. Fun cast.
Always loved that chocolate sundae scene. And the gym scene.
Love guest casts, but sometimes classic Rico full commentary hits the spot.. ;)
I got a chance to see this before I listened to the podcast and I really enjoyed the show and the podcast. As I have said before Troi is one of my favorite TNG characters and of course this was all Troi pretty much.
As far as the show goes I loved it when Geordie called the Ferengi 'idiots'. That was funny. And Marina sure did look pretty in this show. I also liked how a lot of this shows points showed up in later shows and series.
I also enjoyed the full commentary show. And cracked up when Rico called Devinoni Ral (the character Troi falls for) a creepoid! And as he discussed the Ferengi lost in the Delta Quadrant I do believe they are the ones who show up in Voyager's "False Profits" episode. I was pretty sure they were the same ones but, Yes, I admit I had to look it up. On startrek.com they mention that they were stranded 7 years ago which is the right timeframe. The Price aired in 1989 and False Profits in 1996. Here is a link.

Enjoyed the show.
As far as I know, those were the two Ferengi that Voyager encountered in the Delta Quadrant. It gave Neelix a chance to try his Ferengi makeup (before reprising the role in S1 of Enterprise) and allowed an Alpha Quadrant alien to make an appearance for once. It was a terrific tie-in to TNG from what I remember.
What I can't remember is what happened to the Ferengi at the end of that episode. Perhaps a review candidate for the near future? (Not that I can say that it hasn't already been covered, of course)
