Kind of curious about which Doctor Who "monster" you find the most terrifying.  One vote per customer, please.   :tardis

I picked the Cyber men because they can do things worse than killing you. Angels might be scary, but at the end of the day, you just end up living a full life in the past.

I voted Weeping Angels, but to be fair, I am several seasons behind and haven't seen the Silence. Actually, I think the scariest was "The Empty Child". That episode was creepy.

Mine is for the 1960's Cybermen, they truly were horrific not the modern day ones who to be honest are crap.

I think it would have been the weeping angels had they only used them once. The fact that they keep bringing them back has diminished that. Have to agree the 1960's cyber men are very spooky.

I picked the Cybermen also because just the thought of what they do to become Cybermen is yuck! And I will also say those weeping Angels shows did creep me out.
