The new podcast is up now for the week. I look at this classic TOS episode from the end of season one. Of course, I also talk some about the Trek teaser trailer and some other geeky topics too. Enjoy the show folks!

AWESOME looking forward to this :D (saying that i look forward to every TSF podcast lol)
Damn it! I meant to send in comments for this, I always liked this episode a lot.
Me too Bryan, it's such a cool sci fi show! I've had work so I didn't get a chance to send a comment in. Kind of reminded me of puppet masters.
Just listen to podcast 414 last night on the mp3 player. I remember watching this episode in reruns in the 70s. to me it is one of the more classic episodes of the series. I always thought it was neat that a real locations were used for the secnces showing the science bldg of the colony. I always wondered where that was, I heard that it was the UCLA science center. The story is reminisces of the puppet masters, I think that maybe it was were the writer got the inspiration for the story. overall the episode was a great drama.
Glad you guys liked the podcast and the episode. Another TOS classic tale!
Another great podcast! Thank you Rico for reviewing a classic Trek episode.
The flying flapjacks episode was one of my favorites as a kid.
Pretty scary to see everyone on the planet suffering and going nuts, but I also got to see how strong Mr. Spock really was after being stung.
And at the end of the day it was Bones and Spock who saved the planet - Spock totally owned this episode.
I also learned a new term at that young age, "Deus ex machina".
It would have been great for Spock to get a visor or even Bionic eyes. (which could easily been forgotten about in later episodes.)
Realy enjoyed this podcast. I am a little behind on the casts and it was great to catch up with a TOS favourite.
Thanks Rico!
