Title: Model Restoration
Post by: jedijeff on December 09, 2012, 08:33:54 AM
After seeing the great Job Chris did with the Voyager restoration, I decided to restore one of my old models. I was digging around in my storage room, and found a Star Destroyer I probably built over 20 years ago. I am going to reglue it, fix the gaps, and then repaint it. I am getting a Air Compressor for my Air Brush from my wife for Christmas, so I am going to use this to practice my Air Brushing.  I also want to see if I can build something up to fix the fit issue at the front of the ship. I am working on a small little Enterprise as well, so hopefully I will have good progress on these by the time I get the Compressor at Christmas.

Nice Jeff! That's a nice kit, I have had a few of those. It's really well made and pretty darn accurate.

Man, I have one of those too around here somewhere.  Cool idea to restore her Jeff.
