Great ep guys. I thought it was very creative to talk about the movie while comparing and contrasting the two versions. The funny thing is, I don't really care for Alien 3, but hearing you guys talk about it the way you did makes me want to go watch it.

I guess when you look at it from the angle of "the movie they could have made" it becomes a bit more interesting.

Yes, I had fun listening to this near the end of my day. I still lean more towards what Al thinks, mostly because the other ideas for Alien 3 were much more interesting. But, if I'm ever in too good a mood I will pop it in to get depressed. Can't be happy all the time!

Yeah, after Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection there's only so much abuse you can take!!
I just listen to the podcast this week end, you guys did great just like the last one. I saw Alien3 when it was in the theaters. I thought it was OK but I didn't really enjoy it too much. haven't seen it since. Charles Dutton was good in his role as the convict that much was good. look forward to the next one.
I've seen Alien 3 once but obviously remember moe than I thought I ever would.
I'm not in the camp of saying it's 'bad' and I'd probably watch it again but I suspect that's more down to my attitude to films and very good dis-belief suspension than any of the creative choices on the part of the cast and crew!
