Jen & Meds are on hand doing a guest cast about this odd steampunk/vampire movie called the "Perfect Creature" this week on TSF. I know everyone will enjoy the show and enjoy hearing how much fun they had recording the podcast. Thanks to both of you for doing this awesome show for all of us!

Thanks for letting us jump I'm Rico. Now you lovely listeners have a chance to win this film on glorious DVD (region 2 so you need a multi region player). Questions are:-
1 what are the names of the main characters that me and Jen wrote in the TSF RPG game.
2 What are the names of the main characters that me and Jen write on the Anomaly Steampunk
After consideration getting either question right will win you the film.
Send your answers to either me or Rico and we'll put the names in a hat.
I know the answers, but I've already seen the film several times. It was in my B movie night rotation for a while.
Downloaded and ready for tomorrow. :)
Hi both Jen and Meds. I listend to the podcat just last night on my mp3 player on my cell phone. Both of you put out a great podcat. I think you guys do work well together and it would be great that both of you do some more guest casting together. I have never heard of this movie until now. I will have to check it out one day and watch it for myself. I have never heard of diesel punk before until Jen describes it in the podcast. I never knew that there was a gene known as diesel punk however I am familiar with steam punk. I thought the two photos of Jen and Meds were very cool and I wander how it was done, I tweeted Meds about it and he said to ask Jen. So Jen how did you take those photos of you and Meds?
Very fun podcast. I'm not sure about the film, but I loved the interaction of the hosts. Great stuff! Thanks for all your hard work!

Hi Red,
Glad you liked the episode! It was definitely fun to record. Meds and I have threatened to start podcast together, I think we'll stick to guest casts for now as you suggested. :)
Regarding the image, the photos of us already existed. My photo was taken by my husband at the Texas Renaissance Festival last year. Meds' photo was taken...in England in the 19th Century. ;)
I reduced the digital photos in size, turned mine to sepia tone and created the album art's layout within Photoshop. It's a layered file that's loaded with many different design elements...including the frame you see around our photos. I added a few filters to the image to give it the weathered look once it was finished.
I'll post the original photos here this evening...don't have access to them right now. But you can see what the images looked like before I manipulated them in Photoshop.

Thanks Rick!
Yeah, what a fun hour. Never saw or heard of this movie but it was a blast hearing you two cats riff on it. I can dig. ;)

x2! I could give a toss about the film, I just enjoyed listening to my good friends having a go at it! :)
I just listened to the podcast. Really fun hour. I enjoyed the Star Wars based A,B, C grade system.
Also the Dexter comments. I had to take a break from Dexter watching too simply because it was too psychologically well done and convincing it was creeping me out.
Cheers Bry, Chris & Ensign R. It was a fun session and we had to me room Bry and his topless treats. :)
Hmmm ... with the two of you on a podcast, I sort of expected more. Maybe a musical score and a dramatic opening....
All kidding aside, that was fantastic work. I'd love to hear your reaction to Immortal ( or Immortel). It has a very clever .... something.
Never heard of the film...and may not bother to seek it out too hard since I don't think it's my genre! ;)
It's nice to hear a review of something that's not mainstream and not 'the greatest ever'. To watch something especially for the podcast? That's dedication! (Cue Roy Castle singing - sorry, 70s Brit TV reference)
Dedication...thats what you need, if you wanna be the best... ah Roy Castle, what a legend. We're talking about doing another one, just seeking a film out. :)
Enjoyed the Podcast, especially the Banter between you two on rating the movie, made me laugh a few times.
