Listened while I was cooking dinner, great podcast! As I mentioned last week I haven't seen any of this. I'll have to get my hands on it!

You really need to see it Joe. It's a terrific series. I hope I was able to whet your appetite enough.
Hi Rico, I listend to his podcast last night at work. I have never watched the series but from what you have said it seems like a great series. I think my younger brother was a fan of this series, he is more of the commic book fan than me. good podcast.
Man, I missed adding to the the Justice League conversation!!!!
What a wonderful series. I must admit that I prefer the later Justice League Unlimited seasons. The stories, relationships and dialogue really brought a renewed excitement around a WB animated production. There was a depth to more of the stories and great roster of known and semi-obscure superheroes. The series was like a love letter to multiple ages of characters. They were even able to deftly cover alternate universe stories. I really appreciated the darker tone and more mature story arcs.
One of my favorite touches was blending Batman Beyond with the series to do something quite unexpected. I was also delighted to see the three Batmans meet in an apocalyptic future. The fact that Old Bruce Wayne schools them on interrogating a criminal is priceless! And how about the epic battle between Superman and Captain Marvel?
While I could never get my daughter engaged in any of the Trek Prime series, we bonded and still have conversations about Justice League, especially about the themes. She prefers the first theme while I love the second. So, we tend to rib one another on the subject.
I can't get enough of this series and while I appreciated how long it ran, I wish there were more episodes. That was a magical time.
Rico, I agree that this series really caused me to care about these characters. Thanks so much for taking us down the Justice League memory lane!
