Well finally got to 6000 posts and its all down to having a great time laughing and chatting with you crazy bunch. Thanks for being so awesome and listening/reading to my waffle (see what i did there).

Thanks all :) Bry I'm now starting my exercise plan and start running next week (once my cold has shifted) so maybe, just maybe I'll be in the converted topless shot group though saying that I'm in the Sean Connery chest hair club so might not be the best look ha ha.
