What is the most disturbing thing Gul Dukat did in DS9?

4. Became infatuated with Kira, after being intimate with her mother

6. Joined the dominion
7. Scheduled Rom’s execution
8. Forgave Demar for murdering his daughter
9. Was intimate with Winn (Ewwww)
10. Forced Sisco to sacrifice himself

Don't know who Winn is...I've been catching up DS9. Not as familiar with it as TNG, TOS and Enterprise.
6 isn't ideal either.
Winn was the lady who was like the Bajorian Pope who was played by the lady who played nurse rached in one flew over the cookoo's nest. And Winn is equly unplesent a person!
Though despite all the atrocities and horrible acts he perpetrated, you can't help but like Dukat.
He might be the best villian in the star trek univerce.

He acknowledged his daughter and allowed Kira to keep an eye on her...that was pretty noble.
Pretty hard to choose from all of those, as they are all bad, but I will go with 2 as well
I think it's a tie between #2 and deceiving, then hooking-up with Kai Winn.
8 is by far the most disturbing to me as a father.
