New Book site - "The Sword and Laser"

Veronica Belmont previously of CNET and now at www.mahalo.com and a cool girl geek has started a new book site called "The Sword and Laser" (found at www.swordandlaser.com).  It looks like a cool little social book club type network.  The book they are starting off with reading is "The Golden Compass" by Philip Pullman.  I think so they can get it read before the movie comes out.  Looks like a cool idea and site.  Check it out if you are interested.
