As you all know, I am really having fun taking pictures lately. I wanted to get your ideas on some themed photo shoots.
Already I have done, Flower, Railroads and bridges, leaves branches and wild flowers, and slugs.
What would be some challenges for Andrew and I? What themes would you want to see or find interesting. I live in the Pacific Northwest- so please help me brainstorm on some ideas to go out and take some pictures.
I love a good challenge.

That sounds great, I'm going to head out to Westport and do a Seagull shoot.
woo hoo.
Stay tuned.
I'm interested in seeing some of the geographic features of the Pacific Northwest. Rivers, waterfalls, stuff like that. It would be also cool to see examples of Native American art and culture. This might be a stretch, but are there any places near you where you could photograph totem poles and stuff like that?
I only do landscape photos. Give me a good tripod and some 30 sec exposures and I am happy :)
I think you should go to a Renfest and take some pics of crazy hippies like Angela and I. :D
Go for Jens idea's ha ha. I think you should go round your local work area's and ask if you can take pics of people working, eg welders, or situations where you see concentration on peoples faces. I took some great pics of my mate on a grinding wheel, I made the shutter faster so you got the slow mo sparks and in black and white it looked great. I would love to see industry in your town via photo's.

Here is a sneak preview, more later tonight.
WOW! So blue!! Very pretty!
How about taking photos through the view of reflective sunglasses, I have done this and it can be really cool.
How about boat themes (masts, sails, anchors etc.)? Or beachcomber themes? I think interesting people would make a good theme also (and I don't mean family members).
Kevin
What about portraits of people?
I love great pictures of people in black and white.
You could experiment with sepia filters too.
