100 Billion planets

So Astronomers are telling us they know believe that there is 100 Billion planets in our Galaxy and that life must surely exist out there...... ya think?  Just look up to the sky on a  crisp evening and tell me we are alone.

100 billion planets? there's gotta be more. life is real, we might not find it within 10 years or 100 years or ever but it's out there.
