I'm personally not watching any of these video clips - yet.  I want to see how they "feel" in the actual movies.

And wouldn't it be great if THIS was the version of A New Hope we were getting on the Blu-Ray?

This is actually a visual comparison of "Star Wars: Revisited" by AdYwan, my definitive version of ANH. All all done by a British guy at home on his home computer!

I highly recommend this version. :)

That revisited version just rocks.

Another change spotted in A New Hope Blu-Ray:

Alderaan shoots first!

I wasn't going to buy the new set, but over the last few days I find myself changing my mind.  I might check the price in my local supermarket on the way to work! :r2d2line

All the hype on the net, I suppose.  I haven't watched my Star Wars DVDs for a while, and investing in the Blu-rays might be the perfect excuse to start watching them again...until Lucas brings out the new, revised version next year!  LOL

Nah, in 2 years! ;)

I think they're looking at doing the 3D editions starting with TPM every year so it will be at least six years before the next box set, probably eight years. By then we might even ave a successor to Blu-Ray.

I haven't watched my official DVDs in years either...
