Been waiting for this for a while. It's finally up for pre-order.

Preorder Exclusive Star Trek All Good Thing Enterprise D Starship Now!

Join the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise for the adventure of a lifetime with this legendary starship. Measuring over 17 inches long, every detail of the "All Good Things" U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D is recreated, right down to the separating Saucer Section and third warp nacelle! Also included are light and sound effects taken directly from the celebrated Star Trek: The Next Generation episode featuring the voice of Admiral William Riker! The saucer connects via magnet and is removable, making a special sound when it comes off!

That's cool, I'm still waiting for them to ship the regular D's.

LOL!!! That always cracks me up!  :D

:) The 'future Enterprise' replica looks very well built, and has some cool features.  I've never been a fan of the design, though.  The third nacelle and 'super-duper-canon' always struck me as a little over-the-top.  Just my personal opinion...

There's room on my desk at work for that :)

I don't think I'd get away with it though.

I know it's unnusual here but I don't have a podcast of my own.

So how many Enterprise D's (or otherwise) have we had in the last couple of years?  Seems like quite a few.  The $50 price tag on this is a bit steep.  I also hardly ever see these in stores.  Maybe that will change a bit now with the movie out.  It does look cool though.  And it can separate!

From a design standpoint, it seems like that third nacelle would require some careful flying to separate the saucer.

Cool looking ship, will keep my eye out for it, but suspect probably will not see it in any conventional toy store around where I live. I must say I like the looks of that base, saying that as I snapped the base on one of my NX-01's this morning well making room for my Playmates Abrams Enterprise. It looks solid, now off to figure out how to fix my base or locate a replacement.

I am going to try that, but will need something as well to reinforce it as well, broke in a bad spot.
