Got the full file in 4 minutes flat - listened to most of it on the way to work.

There really has been a lot of effort put into the whole sound experience of these things, hasn't there?

Now that I'm comfortable with the characters and voices that go with them, I tend to notice more of the supporting/visual effects. It's neat how - post refit presumably - the Montana now has a lot more TNG effects but the doors and some other big systems, like the inter-ship hailing alert, still have the original TOS flavour.

Plus it's got space battles, always a plus in my book. I hope I'll get to listen to the end later today.

Great episode, wow, they really outdo themselves on the sound.  Nice.
