Actress Lena Olin was born on this day in Stockholm, Sweden.  She comes from a show business family and had a successful acting career in her home country before coming to Hollywood.  Her genre related work includes parts in:  ”Mystery Men”, “The Ninth Gate”, “Queen of the Damned”, “Darkness”, “Alias”, “Awake”, and others.  I hope the lovely and talented Lena continues to show up in many more roles to come.
