Actress Maggie Q was born as Margaret Denise Quigley in Honolulu, Hawaii.  She originally wanted to be a veterinarian but first was a model and then hit it big as an actress in Hong Kong (she changed her name to make it easier for overseas audiences to say).  Her genre related credits include:  “Around the World in 80 Days”, “Mission: Impossible III”, “The Warrior and the Wolf”, and the new TV series, “Nikita.”  I look forward to seeing more of Maggie in future genre roles.
