Young actress Hilary Duff was born in Houston, Texas.  She did ballet and started acting at a young age.  Her genre roles include parts in:  “Casper Meets Wendy”, “The Soul Collector”, “Agent Cody Banks”, “A Cinderella Story”, “Ghost Whisperer”, and others.  Hilary is off to a great start and I think has a very long career ahead of her.
