Actress Vera Farmiga was born in New Jersey and raised in a strong Ukrainian Catholic home and didn’t start speaking English until she was six.  She studied acting in college and began to appear in plays around that time.  Her genre related credits include parts in:  “Roar”, “Snow White”, “Touching Evil”, “Neverwas”, and “Orphan.”  I look forward to seeing this talented lady in many more genre projects to come.
