Very tall actress Geena Davis was born as Virginia Elizabeth Davis in Massachusetts.  She studied drama in college and started first as a model before moving to full time acting.  Some of her genre roles include parts in:  “Knight Rider”, “Fantasy Island”, “Transylvania 6-5000″, “The Fly”, “Earth Girls are Easy”, “Cutthroat Island”, “Stuart Little”, and others.  This talented and versatile lady has also turned down a number of famous female lead roles in such movies as:  “Ghost”, “Speed”, and “The Silence of the Lambs.”  I look forward to seeing her in more genre and other parts in the future.
