Athletic and tall, actress Sandahl Bergman was born in Kansas City, Missouri.  She is probably best known to genre fans for playing Valeria in “Conan the Barbarian.”  Other genre related roles include parts in:  “She”, “Red Sonja”, “Programmed to Kill”, “Hell Comes to Frogtown”, “Hard Time on Planet Earth”, “Freddy’s Nightmares”, “Swamp Thing”, “TekWar”, “Sliders”, and others.  She always has done most of her own stunt work and that led to a variety of action roles.  She hasn’t been seen much on screen in recent years, but I hope that changes soon for this talented lady.
