Actress Lea Thompson was born in Minnesota and had a bit of a rough childhood.  She loved to dance and became quite a gifted ballerina before she got into acting, first in commercials.  Perhaps one of her biggest breaks came when she was cast in “Back to the Future.”  That movie, plus the two sequels cemented her future in the world of acting.  Other genre credits include:  “Spacecamp”, “Howard the Duck”, “Tales from the Crypt”, “Haunted Lighthouse”, “Spy School” and others.  Lea is married and has two children now.  I wish her continued success.
