This is a nice piece of cover art by Greg Land of issue six of Marvel’s “Ultimate Power” limited comic series.  Picture (l. to r.) are: the Invisible Woman, the Scarlet Witch, Zarda, and the Wasp.  Very cool stuff and a good read.
