The beautiful and talented Summer Glau was born in San Antonio, Texas.  She began studying dance and became a prima ballerina before movie towards acting.  Summer has made a big mark in the Sci-Fi genre in her relatively short career so far.  Her role as River in “Firefly” and the “Serenity” cemented her position as a genre star.  She is also currently starring in “Termniator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.”  Other roles in her past include:  “Angel”, “The Initiation of Sarah”, “The 4400″, and “The Big Bang Theory.”  I know we all will continue to follow this lovely lady in whatever roles she takes on.
