Going a bit retro today and featuring a babe from the past.  Heather Menzies (center above) was born in Toronto, Canada.  She started acting very young and was in “The Sound of Music” as one of the children.  Her genre credits include:  “The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes”, “Sssssss”, “Piranha”, “Captain America” (tv movie), “Endangered Species”, and of course as Jessica in the series “Logan’s Run” (pictured above).  She doesn’t act anymore but is very involved with cancer research.  She was married to the late Robert Urich.  It would be great to see Heather again sometime either on screen or maybe at a con.
