The beautiful actress Penelope Cruz was born in Spain as Penélope Cruz Sánchez.  She studied ballet before moving to acting in commercials and TV in Spain.  She has done a wide variety of roles, including genre parts in:  “Vanilla Sky”, “Gothika”, “Sahara”, and the upcoming “G-Force.”  This lovely lady always does impressive work and won an Oscar last night for “Vicky Christina Barcelona.”  I hope she continues to shine for a long time to come.
