The very beautiful Elizabeth Mitchell was born in Los Angeles but her parents soon moved to Dallas, Texas and she grew up there.  She attended a performing arts type high school and began acting and continued through college.  She has become widely known to genre fans as Juliet in the hit TV series “Lost” (which returns tonight).  She’s been in a couple of other genre projects such as: “The Sentinel” and the movie “Frequency.”  I’m excited to see what this talented lady does in the new season of “Lost” and beyond.
