Actress Tracy Scoggins was born in Texas and pursued modeling after college.  Soon she began to study acting and has had a steady career ever since.  She is best known to genre fans for playing Captain Elizabeth Lochley on the series “Babylon 5″ and it’s spinoff  “Crusade.”  She also has been in: “Alien Intruder”, “Lois and Clark”, “Deep Space Nine”, and several other Sci-Fi and horror roles.  Tracy stays very fit and spends her free time developing workout videos, cycle riding, swimming, and jogging.  I hope we get to see more of her very soon in film or on TV.
