Bursting on to the genre scren playing the vampire with a soul, David Boreanaz is definitely worthy of a hunk of the day label.  Of course after “Buffy” he went on to play the same character on his own show, “Angel.”  He was born in Buffalo, New York but grew up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  He decided to become an actor at a very young age and also became very athletic playing football in high school.  A big dog lover, David was actually “discovered” while walking his dog.  He also was offered the role of Bruce Wayne/Batman for “Batman Begins” but he turned it down.  Currently he can be seen in the hit show “Bones” and I’m sure in many future projects.
