No Sci-Fi hunk list would be complete without William Shatner - or Captain James T. Kirk.  Shatner not only played the most womanizing captain in the fleet, he went on to many other rolls on TV and in movies over the years.  He had a couple of great performances in “The Twilight Zone” and “The Outer Limits” too.  Here’s a very early picture of him on the Trek set.
